No tour would be complete with out seeing Bangor. I am not sure if that is in the guide book but it is the Gyllich rule of the road.
We took mom to the Bangor Castle (manor) and the walled garden. The kids and I were surprised to see how much the flowers had died back since our last visit. It was still beautiful.

We played a game of mini golf at the Pickie Park and the kids rode in the swans.
Then we took mom to the beach and gave her the chance to touch the water in Ireland. =)
